Kelley Little

Kelley Little joined the CMB Foundation in 2020 and currently serves as Chief of Staff. She works in close partnership with the President, Executive Leadership team, and Board of Trustees to advance CMB’s mission, support strategic priorities, and strengthen coordination across the Foundation’s global offices in the United States, China, and Southeast Asia. Kelley plays a central coordinating role across leadership, staff, and external partners, with particular focus on Board relations, executive communications, and organizational planning.

Prior to joining CMB, Kelley worked at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where she held several roles supporting academic and executive leadership, most recently working with Dr. Barbara Stoll during her tenure as Dean. Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She is based in Austin, Texas, and enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
