Huihan (Freda) Wang

As Program Manager at the CMB Beijing Representative Office, Huihan (Freda) Wang oversees the management and analytical review of programs and grants, while facilitating and strengthening strategic engagement with collaborating institutions. She also contributes to project development and financial oversight across CMB programs.

Prior to joining CMB, Freda held senior roles in international project management and business strategy at Societe Generale and Capgemini Consulting, bringing nearly ten years of extensive project experience across global organizations. Her expertise spans external relations management, project management, strategic planning and advisory, and data governance. She excels at stakeholder engagement, end-to-end global project delivery, and data-driven program analysis within complex cross-cultural and cross-sector environments. Freda received her Master of Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where she deepened proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and technology-enabled management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with First Class Honors.
